We're available in pretty much every communication format, even smoke signals if it comes down to it. But seriously, we use email, Google Meet and Whatsapp to communicate if there's anything urgent. We can also add you to our internal ClickUp project if you prefer to be hands on.
Yes, of course. To complete this we'd need you to provide an email account for our project manager to use with your domain name. We're also happy to attend calls with the client as part of your team.
Firstly, our deliverables and systems have been deliberately created to reduce you, and your client's input requirements to near zero so neither of you have to stress about the project. Our white label service is all inclusive, so you don't need find an additional graphic designer or copywriter. We guarantee our deadlines and response times so you never have to worry about us not sticking to our word. Bonus points are that we're business owners too and our owners love to network and share ideas with others. Consider us your new friend!

We're based in beautiful Medellín, Colombia and work 9-5 Central. We're available 9-5 Monday to Saturday US Central time and guarantee same day responses during this period.
We use Stripe to process credit cards and also accept wire transfers to our US bank. We invoice 50% at the start of a project, and 50% upon completion.
We sign a contract which confirms all IP and content ownership transfers to you upon completion of a project.

We used to be a jack of all trades and offer a bunch of services but our bread and butter is website development so this is what we now focus on. However, we can recommend other service providers to assist you.
